 A spacious 42" wide × 72" high Single door in Craftsman style, creates a bold, upscale look. Designed with beveled trim to prevent standing water and crafted from exterior-grade plywood for unmatched durability.  Includes, residential style locking door handle in Satin Nickel finish (upgrades to bronze & black available) and Stainless Steel hinges.  This door closes like your homes front door and is exclusive to JONESES. 

A must have in our wet climate!  All of these items are in the weather...these should be included in all local sheds.

Skids provide essential floor support while providing crucial airflow beneath your shed, helping to prevent moisture issues like mold, mildew, and rot. 

FREE concrete blocks are placed under the pressure-treated skids, keeping the wood off the ground for added protection against moisture and decay. Many others charge extra for these essential items.   ➡ Your base should be as level as possible—blocks can be used to adjust and level up to 6 inches 

 Plywood is the preferred choice over OSB because it offers greater resistance to moisture, swelling, and warping, ensuring a stronger, more durable, and longer-lasting shed floor—perfect for outdoor use. 

We use the same high-quality trim found in many of today’s homes—no fake-looking grain or rough edges. Our trims are wider and better proportioned for a more refined appearance, including bold 8-inch roof trims.

All our siding and trim are primed and ready for paint, with cut edges of the trim specifically primed for added protection.

We proudly use HardiePlank lap siding for its unbeatable durability and industry-leading reputation.

Remember—caulking is essential to ensure a finished product.

We include Premium Drainable Housewrap under all Lap & Craftsman-style siding for superior moisture protection. T1-11 and Board & Batten-style sheds can be upgraded with housewrap as needed.

Important: We use Drainable Housewrap, not the standard flat wrap used by many others—ensuring better water management and durability.

Drip edge flashing is installed on all sides of the roof to prevent wind-driven rain from getting under the shingles—a critical detail often overlooked on many sheds.

For added protection, all exposed horizontal trims on Lap and Craftsman-sided sheds are fully flashed. Sheds with T1-11 and Board & Batten siding feature beveled top trims in exposed areas, enhancing durability.

You won’t find this level of protection on most other sheds!

We include FREE intake soffit vents, discreetly hidden under the roof overhangs, to promote proper airflow.  To complete the ventilation system and effectively expel moisture, exhaust venting (such as a ridge vent) must be added to the roof. 

Lean-to style sheds are an exception and do not require additional exhaust venting in most cases.

 💡 Tip: Avoid vents placed in shed walls where they’re exposed to wind-driven rain. Moisture can sneak in and cause damage over time. 

We use Owens Corning Duration AR shingles, featuring built-in copper granules for long-lasting algae resistance.

Every roof also includes metal drip edges on all sides for added protection, and our steeper roof pitches not only look better—they also shield your siding and increase interior headroom and space.

We use high-quality, exterior-rated caulking to make your shed weather-tight before we leave.  For the best paint results, some final caulking—like at joints, seams and nail heads—still needs to be done.

Our Pre-Paint Caulking upgrade takes care of nearly everything, so your shed is ready for paint with less hassle.

Why it matters: It seals out the moisture, improves the finish, and extends the life of your shed.

Our service area includes the Portland Metro area and a few nearby regions. Please check with us to see if you're within our coverage area!  In some cases, we may be able to service areas just outside our main region for a small travel fee.   

 We build your shed directly on-site for a secure, lasting structure. To ensure efficiency and quality, we pre-cut as many components as possible in our shop. Wall and floor sections are preassembled and brought to your location for installation, while siding and roofing are precisely cut on-site for a perfect fit.
