  Dimensions

• All shed and playhouse sizes refer to floor dimensions and are approximate. 
• Roof overhangs, siding, and trim are not included in listed dimensions. 
• For example, a 10' x 10' shed requires a total area of approximately 11'6" x 12' due to roof  overhangs.

• All prices are subject to change without notice. 

Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of order. 
• We accept Check, Cash, Visa, or MasterCard. 
• The remaining balance is due upon delivery. 

Cancellations

• Check Deposits: Fully refundable only if the order is canceled before production (cutting) begins. 
• Credit Card Deposits: Same cancellation policy as Check Deposits, minus a 5% cancellation fee. 
• No refunds if cancellation occurs after production (cutting) has started. 
• You may still cancel up to 72 hours before delivery to avoid paying the remaining balance. 
• Special Order materials are non refundable.

Site Requirements:

   To ensure smooth delivery and installation:

• Level Surface: Site must be flat and level. We can adjust for up to 6 inches using concrete blocks and shims. If the site is more than 6 inches out of level, leveling must be completed before our arrival. 
• Clear Access: We need an unobstructed path at least 30" wide to the site, to carry materials. 
• Electrical Power: One 15-amp outlet within 100 feet of the site is needed. If power is not available, let us know — we can bring a generator (additional fees will be charged). 
• Clearance Space: We need a minimum of 3 feet of clearance on all sides and above the shed height during construction. 
• Exact Placement: You must verify the exact location and orientation of the shed prior to installation. If you're unavailable, please stake the four corners and clearly mark door orientation, etc. 

Permits & Local Approvals

   It is the customer’s responsibility to: 

• Check with local building authorities for any required permits. 
• Confirm zoning regulations, setbacks, and HOA/CC&R restrictions. 
• JONESES is not responsible for compliance with local laws or regulations. 

Painting & Caulking (Required for Warranty)

   To maintain your 7-year limited warranty, the following must be completed within 60 days of                          installation:

• Required Caulking: All trim, seams, joints, cracks, and exposed nail heads must be properly caulked before painting to prevent moisture damage. Use a high-quality exterior sealant like OSI Quad, Quad Max, or Titebond Weathermaster. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, including proper cure time, before painting. 
• Painting:  The entire exterior, including all six sides of each door & underneath edges of siding,  — must be painted with 100% acrylic latex exterior paint within 60 days of installation. Proof of painting is required. Save your receipts — they’re needed to validate the warranty.
